Kathryn Paszkowski is an independent insurance agent with over 7 years of experience specializing in long-term care insurance (LTCI), following nearly 20 years in healthcare administration. Her background includes medical practice management and early years in skilled nursing facility offices, where she counseled patients and families on coverage issues, guiding them through the complexities of Medicare, Medicaid, and their limitations.
Kathryn’s transition into the LTCI industry was deeply personal. After supporting her own family through long-term care needs, hospice, and Medicaid planning—and experiencing personally how many had not planned adequately—she developed a passion for helping others protect their legacy and plan with confidence. Today, she is dedicated to educating consumers on the value of long-term care planning and guiding individuals and families through one of life’s most important financial decisions.
Licensed in more than 30 states, Kathryn is recognized for her responsiveness, empathy, and ability to simplify complex insurance concepts. She lives in Houston, Texas, where she is actively involved in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two grown sons, as well as fitness, gardening, cooking, home improvement projects, and travel.
