Diane Steeves is a Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance Specialist, who understands the financial implications and family dynamics that can impact individuals who require long term care. With 30 years of experience in creating LTC plans, Diane has built a business working with all the major Carriers who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the industry, as well as sound financial reserves and selective underwriting standards.
As a longtime LTC Specialist, Diane has been able to participate in helping her client’s families file insurance claims for LTC benefits, including both of her parents. Diane’s mom had used her LTC benefits for 4 years in Assisted Living. However, after a traumatic fall at Assisted Living, her 96-year old mother was not allowed to return, so Diane provided care in her home, along with the assistance of Hospice, for her elderly mother for 5 months before she passed.
This experience reaffirmed Diane’s commitment to making sure every family has a long term care plan. Even though insurance may not be right for everyone, everyone does need their own long term care plan in place before care is needed!
