    LTCR Pacific Agency is looking for a compassionate and reliable Long-Term Care Insurance Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, great work ethic, and enjoys working with people.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Follow up with new and assigned members to evaluate their need for LTC insurance and if appropriate design and put in place a solution from our variety of best in class coverage options. LTCR Pacific is focused on enhancing the agent/client experience while fostering a continued relationship built upon our goal to help select the right Long-Term Care insurance solutions for clients, now and in the future.

    LTCR Pacific provides a unique business opportunity for LTC Specialists. Our business model, based on the management team’s combined 60 years+ in the LTC industry, is designed to launch new LTC producers and reward experienced LTC producers. We partner directly with experienced LTC Specialists, top insurance carriers and third party marketing organizations to provide top compensation and multiple lead sources.

    Direct Business Model

    Unlike other organizations that consist of numerous management layers, state or regional directors or multiple hierarchies, LTCR Pacific’s support and communication system is based on one-on-one interaction. We have a central administrative office that is designed to support you with training, product knowledge, and plan design. Our goal is to assist you in helping more LTC clients – resulting in strong compensation and renewals for your practice.

    In addition to Agent generated client and introductions, one of our unique advantages is developing, managing, and implementing LTC programs with numerous affinity groups. We have over 650 affinity organizations including Alumni and Professional Associations. Members of these associations may be eligible for exclusive discounts that are not available through other brokers or financial planners.

    Top Commission Contracts

    All of our programs are designed to pay the top possible commission to the LTC Specialist. We know what it costs to generate a lead and what it costs to generate a sale. Our referral/self-generated contracts offer superior compensation levels to writing agents. Our commissions on Affinity lead programs are some of the highest in the industry compared to traditional career sales organizations. We accomplish our goal by offering a wider variety of products and solutions to our clients which in turn helps increase Advisor production.

    Your experience and success should be rewarded. All of our programs provide immediate vesting.

    Insurance licensed. Experience in LTC insurance a plus but not required.
