Professionally, I have worked in the financial services industry for 10 years, a majority of that time as a wholesaler with a top insurance carrier. I have a passion for helping individuals plan for the financial and emotional problems that develop as a result of a loved one needing care and assistance. Both of my grandparents were diagnosed with Dementia at the same time. It bothered me that while they had life insurance protection, their policies did not have any living benefits to help ease the financial and emotional burden on my parents and uncles who had to spend tens of thousands of dollars and hours to help keep Grandma and Grandpa safe and happy.
As a wholesaler I only had an indirect line to the end customer. As an agent with Long Term Care Resources, I now have a direct impact and can help clients protect their assets from this very real and significant financial threat, which I have seen first hand.
